Responsible for delivering Peer Support Bridging Project Aims & Objectives, supporting increased access to residential rehabilitation treatment across the target population.

Facilitate patient engagement with those in recovery working in accordance with the key recovery principles of personal responsibility, education, self-advocacy and support.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record.
