The Iona Community Mainland Operations Manager is a key role within the organisation responsible for leading the Operations Team and for managing and coordinating the operations functions to support the organisation’s mission and objectives.
The post holder will oversee all operational tasks to ensure smooth operations and provide an efficient service to staff, members and external stakeholders. This position requires a high level of organisational skill and experience, leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
