Project Manager

Role

Project Managers required to manage projects including WAHP.

  • Discretionary bonus paid in December (depending on company’s performance)

We are expanding our management team and are looking for highly motivated and adaptable individuals who have previously worked within an advice environment to join our team. The project manager’s main focus, working in tandem with the assistant and duty managers, will be to produce a best practice service for their relevant project. The role will be split 50/50: with client facing and case checking making up 50% and overseeing the efficient running of the project as the other 50%. You will communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure full utilisation of all appointments and administration time available. You will also provide feedback for the reporting requirements for the relevant project. You will also work closely with the relevant project advisors to ensure their continued development.

It is essential that you possess a detailed knowledge of debt, benefits, and financial capability. You will deliver a professional and supportive service to provide an essential and practical route forward for those in financial hardship.

You should possess a good knowledge of the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers and be able to apply this knowledge and manage casework in line with these standards. Experience in case checking would be preferable although not essential. You will be familiar and competent in the relevant legislative and practice areas of Money Advice and Welfare Rights.

You will have excellent IT skills, with a flexible approach and good work ethic. Whilst a knowledge of Advice Pro case management system would be preferable, it is not essential.

A clean driving licence and own car is preferred although not essential.
