Financial Security Co-Researcher

  • Salary: £5,600 (FTE £28k per annum) Hours: 7 hours per week. Contract: 12 month fixed term. Office based, between SCLD office and Fraser of Allander Office, supported by our hybrid working principles.

Role

SCLD, alongside the Fraser of Allander Institute have been awarded funding through the Robertson Trust’s Financial Security Programme. This funding will be used to evidence the financial situation of working age people with a learning disability in Scotland and assess whether the support they, and their families/carers are able to access, adequately addresses their financial security needs and allows them to live a fulfilling life free from poverty, realising their human rights.

The purpose of this role will be to assist in the delivery of research activities on this project as part of a team, under the general supervision of senior colleagues within SCLD and the Fraser of Allander Institute, and with support as required.

This is a part time, fixed term post for 12 months.
