Loch Lomond & The Trossachs Countryside Trust (LLTCT) was established in 2012 as a charitable company focussing on improving the natural environment, connecting communities and delivering health and well-being activities within the National Park. LLTCT is a small team of experienced staff supported by committed volunteers delivering a wide range of benefits to nature and people. We have brought extensive experience, knowledge and connections in nature restoration through working with over 30 land managers, community groups, charities, local businesses and statutory bodies on Wild Strathfillan (a 50,000-hectare landscape-scale project).
We now need to build capacity within the team to further develop our people and community-focussed work.
Working in partnership with Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority and RSPB Scotland, LLTCT has committed to the exciting new Loch Lomond & The Trossachs Landscape Connections (LLTLC) Initiative, funded by The National Heritage Lottery Fund. This focuses on accelerating restoration of our woodland mosaic, addressing shared threats, and maximising shared opportunities for people and communities across three existing landscape partnerships (Wild Strathfillan, The Great Trossachs Forest, Lomond Rainforest).

The Creative Development & Opportunities Coordinator (Part-Time) will work closely with the Development Manager to support the coordination of resources, creative practitioners, and delivery processes across Sunny Govan Community Radio’s existing and expanding cultural activity.
This is a coordination and capacity-building support role, designed to strengthen systems and reduce pressure on delivery staff as activity grows. The post supports the administration, scheduling, recruitment support, contracting, and payment processes that underpin Sunny Govan’s cultural programmes, ensuring delivery remains joined-up, realistic, and compliant with funder and Fair Work expectations.

We also provide temporary accommodation, with housing support on a one to one basis; we support our clients by hosting workshops that foster independent living skills, money management, healthy cooking and living and social inclusion.

The Role
The Operations Manager’s role is to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), by managing all operational aspects of Trust in Fife so that it achieves its objective of supporting homeless people, those who may be threatened with homelessness and disadvantaged people and in so doing meets its contractual obligations, financial commitments and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and a suitable PVG return are also requirements for the role. You will be required to take part in an on call service (one week in ten) for on call for our Housing Support Services.
