Heartland Cares is seeking an experienced Business Manager to establish and lead a new way of delivering social care and support in rural Perthshire.

Heartland Cares is the new social enterprise now working in the Rannoch and Tummel and Dunkeld and Birnam areas. Our regulated Care at Home service (due to start in November) works alongside the strength of existing volunteer-led support services, ensuring a joined-up approach to meeting the care needs of people living in remote, rural areas. Our Board of Trustees is passionate about getting positive outcomes for the people who use our services. We aim to expand quickly into new communities and have our eyes firmly on helping to address inequality of access to care services across all remote areas.

With several years of planning and partnership working with the Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership under our belts, we are ambitious for this flagship initiative and are looking for a Business Manager to match.
