Sunny Cycles is a new cycling charity based in Glasgow that gives the opportunity of cycling to everyone. Our success has been fast! This is down to our passionate and caring team who deliver many activities to all abilities of cyclist.

Sunny Cycles is looking for an experienced Secretary and a Treasurer who can help the organisation with practical administrative duties.

These positions are voluntary, but where appropriate, personal expenses would be covered by Sunny Cycles.

Duties will include:

Secretary

• Help Sunny Cycles function effectively
• Manage Sunny Cycles records
• Correspondence about meetings, board meetings and events
• Recording and maintaining minutes of Sunny Cycles board and committee meetings
• Attendance records for the meetings
• Supporting other board members

Treasurer

• Help Sunny Cycles function effectively
• Manage Sunny Cycles financial accounts
• Monitoring funding expenditure and appropriate recording
• Preparing end of year accounts
• Supporting other board members
