Skills Exchange has centres in East Kilbride and Lanark and works across South Lanarkshire with young people who have multiple barriers to employment. To help them on their journey towards the world of work we provide advice, guidance and training in employability, personal development, lifeskills, health and wellbeing, providing support which is genuinely person-centred, flexible and responsive to individual needs. We have a wide network of referral partners, schools, colleges, training providers, third sector organisations and employers who support us by providing additional specialist services and work placement opportunities for our participants.
