About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Beatson Cancer Charity in a newly created Administrator role within a developing centralised administration function. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring colleagues across the organisation receive consistent, responsive and professional administrative support.

About you
You will have a minimum of 2 years' administrative experience, in a busy and professional environment. You will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and proven experience of taking accurate minutes, recording actions, and producing clear meeting documentation. You will possess effective communication skills and be confident using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. You will be proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively, managing competing priorities and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Beatson Cancer Charity is seeking an experienced, values-led Outreach Services Manager to lead multidisciplinary cancer support services across the West of Scotland, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support for patients and families.
About the Role
The role combines operational leadership, team development, service performance, stakeholder partnership, compliance and budget oversight.
The successful candidate should bring substantial health or social care experience, proven multidisciplinary team management, and a compassionate commitment to supporting people affected by cancer.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead and develop the Specialist Health and Work Service (SHAWS), Group Support Programme, Counselling, Benefits Advice and Bereavement Services.
• Manage and support a multidisciplinary team, promoting collaboration and best practice.
• Recruit, develop and retain talented staff.
• Build strong relationships with NHS colleagues and key stakeholders.
• Oversee service performance, budgets, GDPR compliance and reporting.
• Promote services through communications, partnership working and events.

About You
