Kyle & Lochalsh Community Trust is seeking an experienced and committed manager to lead our small staff team and work closely with the Board of Trustees to strengthen our organisation and deliver meaningful benefits for the local community.

This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping the Trust’s future and supporting projects that contribute to the social, economic and environmental wellbeing of Kyle and the wider area. You will help ensure that our activities are delivered effectively, develop new opportunities and support the Trust’s long-term sustainability.

Based in Kyle, the role will suit an experienced manager with a track record in community development, fundraising or a related field. You will bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound organisational and financial awareness, and a clear understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing rural communities.
