You’ll work closely with a new Sustainability Development Officer to create joined‑up heritage and sustainability outcomes for the site, the community, and visitors

Role Overview

• Develop a 3‑Year Heritage Plan and Conservation Plan
• Refresh exhibitions and deliver engaging tours
• Lead community engagement and volunteer activity
• Support collections digitisation and archaeology work
• Lead heritage‑related funding applications

You’ll Need

• Experience in the heritage sector
• Confidence engaging diverse audiences
• Strong project‑management and communication skills
• A desire to contribute to a rural island community
• A full driving licence

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• A desire to contribute to a rural island community
