The Early Interventions Navigator will provide 1 to 1 support and groupwork for the young people participating in the service. You will be given full training and excellent support from your colleagues including the opportunity to shadow in the first instance. You must be able to build solid relationships with young people based on trust, mutual respect, care and compassion. GoTo Mental Health Service for 14 – 21yr olds is based in South Lanarkshire was established in 2019. We are an early intervention service for young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues.

This is a partnership between Regenfx Youth Trust and Liber8 Lanarkshire. We have a small staff team that includes the Project Co-ordinator & CBT Counsellor.

GoTo uses a unique blend of Youth Work, rapid access to Counselling and CBT Interventions to prevent the escalation of poor mental health in young people. Our programme is flexible to meet the needs of our young people in time, spaces and places that suit them. Some evenings and occasional weekend working would be expected. All work is done in person, and we have no working from home arrangements.

Although we have one year funding left, we will use our evidence-based evaluations to approach other funders to extend the life of the project.

We need someone with a Youth Work background and sound knowledge of mental health issues that affect young people today.

As the Youth Worker, you will hold a caseload providing 1 to 1 support for participants and deliver appropriate groupwork sessions that encourage engagement with peers that will help reduce isolation.

Your responsibilities will also include recruiting and supporting volunteers on to our Youth Advisory Panel and creating opportunities for co-production of services.

We need a highly experienced CBT COUNSELLOR to provide specialist counselling and group work to individuals, who may have experienced substance use, trauma PTSD, debilitating anxiety, and other complex presentations. You would be expected to deliver evidence-based techniques, recommended by NICE/SIGN as, effective approaches in healing, mental health issues, dissociative disorders, grief, addictions, and the effects of abuse; aimed at the treatment and resolution of the presenting issue and associated trauma. Following the NICE guidance, the therapist would undertake and develop, screening; full baseline, strength-based assessment, and treatment plans.

We are looking for a Digital/IT Solutions Officer to join our staff team responsible for restructuring systems and processes to fully digital and contactless capabilities, ensuring our services can be accessed by young people and staff anytime, anywhere when appropriate.

You will have extensive Digital/IT Solutions experience of 3 years or more with a track record of designing, implementing and monitoring new systems whilst providing staff training. You will support the senior management team directly responsible to Trust Manager to improve our infrastructure.

Your role will help the Trust achieve a wider reach and efficient systems fit for purpose.

Experience of youth work is desirable as some of the solutions will be driven by the volunteers and young people who use our services, therefore consultation and creative ways to include them will be expected.

Job Purpose:

Regenfx Youth Trust are recruiting for a variety of different posts to expand the staff team. We are looking for two Project Leaders for our award-winning Street Projects, one for the Junior Street (11 – 13yr olds) and one for the Senior Street (14 – 21yr olds). Both Projects deliver a similar programme involving a unique consequential learning programme. The Street uses a blend of youth work and performance arts to support young people achieve positive outcomes for themselves.

You will be joining a skilled, motivated, and supportive team who are committed to helping young people become the best versions of themselves. Your responsibilities will include leading on all aspects of the project including driving forward new developments, providing groupwork and 1:1 support for young people. We are looking for Skateboard, BMX and Scooter Instructors to join our RADWORX ACTION SPORTS TEAM this summer. We need people efficient in one of the wheeled sports mentioned and capable of teaching groups of 8 – 16yr olds in their chosen sport. Each group lesson last 2hrs.

We need Instructors who can communicate at all levels with young people, parents and wider staff team. You must have patience and can motivate and support young people whilst giving clear instructions and leading the sessions.

You should have all round knowledge on your chosen sport including service and repair of equipment.

You will be given some training and expected to be professional at all times adhering to RADWORX policies and ensuring safety of participants whilst under instruction.

You will work as part of a team and be supported by the Radworx Co-ordinator.

You will work as part of our Youth Work Team to deliver a wide range of youth activity programmes that will including sport, outdoor learning, creative opportunities, school holiday programmes, outreach and detached work designed to positively impact on young people’s lives.

You should have a genuine interest in Youth Work, excellent communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with young people and their families. You will motivate young people to participate in positive leisure time activities and pursue opportunities that lead them to being empowered.
