We are looking to recruit a self-motivated and dynamic Tenant Participation Officer to join our Housing Services Team here at New Gorbals HA.
As the Tenant Participation Officer at New Gorbals HA you will be the face of the association’s engagement with our tenants and service users within the local community. As part of our high performing Housing Services Team which places our tenants and the community at the heart of our service, you will be expected to deliver a broad range of tenant engagement activities.
In collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, including staff, community and tenant groups you will develop, shape and implement our tenant engagement strategy and review and recommend action for continuous improvement in the delivery of all our core services.

As Communications Officer you will work closely with colleagues across NGHA towards our key aims and deliver our external and internal communications functions.
You will be an experienced, confident and enthusiastic communications professional with good judgment, strong organisational skills and commitment to community control and equalities.
Your key responsibilities will be to deliver and develop our programme of print and digital publications, support the development of our website, run our social media accounts and provide communications support to staff throughout NGHA.
You will work collaboratively with, and be supported by, the Communications Manager and will also enjoy working independently towards deadlines.
