What You’ll Do

  • Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for tenants, staff, Committee members, and stakeholders—making a real impact every day.
  • Provide vital corporate administration support, including HR record-keeping and training coordination.
  • Play a key role in our governance, from organising meetings and taking minutes to event planning and ensuring compliance.
  • Help manage our digital presence—website, social media, newsletters, and our upcoming tenant portal.
  • Support health & safety administration and staff learning and development.
  • Champion our organisational values and drive continuous improvement, ensuring our processes are efficient, compliant, and people-centred.

What We’re Looking For

  • A natural organiser and communicator, confident juggling varied responsibilities.
  • Someone who builds strong relationships at every level—tenants, staff, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and sees tasks through.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office packages and SharePoint, with a keen interest in using software to improve the way we work.
  • A passion for quality administration.
  • Previous experience in administration, corporate services, or governance is an advantage.
