We are looking for an experienced HR Consultant based in Edinburgh and in conjunction with our main activities in Nazareth. He/she will be able to bring a unique blend of HR assistance based on Christian values, to our organisation.
The initial task will be to review our policies in Edinburgh and Nazareth, with best practices, and a focus on applying these standards between both operations. The objective is to bridge the gap between policies in the UK and Nazareth and bring a consistent approach to HR practices. This will be with the support of an HR Consultant in Nazareth and the Executive Assistant in Edinburgh.
Ongoing there is a need to provide expert guidance and to be available for HR situations within our Edinburgh Office, such as new appointments, and other events when they arise.
This role is based on part-time hours to suit both parties, as a retainer agreement. Initially you would receive a set fee for the work required on our policies, then a daily rate for ongoing work requirements.
Please note that travel to Israel is not required.
We would require an early employment date, if possible, for the work on our policies.

This role is very hands on, and you will report directly to the CEO. There is a strong emphasis on digital activity and developing social media engagement. The successful application will be expected to have empathy with the Christian values and vision of TNT.
We are seeking applicants who have proven communications and PR experience and are proficient in the use of CRM databases. You will be a natural communicator with strong relationship building skills, able to inspire current and new supporters, churches, and organisations to get involved with TNT. You will ensure all materials present a clear, unified, and positive image for TNT. You will plan, prepare and distribute original promotional content such as articles, news and press releases, email, blog and social media posts, and other updates on behalf TNT.
This role is part-time, 3 days a week, hybrid working but with the requirement that at least one of the days is based at our Edinburgh office. Occasional visits to Nazareth, Israel will be required.

To develop and oversee TNT’s Head Office communications to ensure current supporters are informed of our work and to attract potential new supporters. TNT has a broad support base in the UK, Israel and worldwide, and we work alongside two partner organisations in the US to further support our work. We need a Communications and Marketing Manager who will work closely with the CEO to support our external communications across all channels and raise awareness to support our organisational delivery. The postholder will manage the small UK office and review office needs so that the UK office is proficient in the following areas:
Web and Digital – a simplified identity across all digital and social platforms to strengthen the identity and brand of the Trust, with harmonised, consistent messages that are accurate, compelling, and frequently updated.
Supporter Data and CRM –use of available data to identify donors’ preferences, behaviours, and wider networks to achieve maximum lifetime value (LTV). A relational, donor-centred approach is to be embedded.
Print Communications, Appeal Collateral– present a united message regarding the identity and aspirations of TNT, with each area of need having a clear case for support.
Networking and Fundraising Events – planning a programme of events, to extend the outreach and public awareness of TNT.

We are looking for someone who is confident in implementing and managing our CRM database, social media sites, websites, and assisting with general administration needs to support the team in the Edinburgh office. You will primarily report to the Communications and Marketing Manager.
As part of a small UK office, the successful candidate will also provide administrative support as requested, which may include assisting with events, conferences, office administration etc.
As TNT is an organisation with a mission, vision and values based on a distinctly Christian ethos, and the focus of this role will be to increase awareness and support from the Christian community, she/he must be in sympathy our Christian ethos and understand the environment in which we operate.
This is a permanent, full-time post subject to a probationary period of 3-months.
