We’re looking for someone to help develop and lead partnerships for our programmes work at Third Sector Lab in either a Full Time or Part Time capacity.

This is a new role focused on developing our programmes through project management, building strategic partnerships and growing our income & funding - helping Third Sector Lab deliver more impact within the third sector. You should be as comfortable writing bids as you are networking - building relationships and new partnerships.

Some of our existing programmes include The Curve digital skills programme, Digital Trustees, The Open Working Programme and our quarterly Tech for Good Scotland events. We are here to help charities get the most out of digital, data and design.

While it would be great if we can find someone passionate about tech for good - you don’t have to be an expert when it comes to digital, data and design.

Led by our Director, Ross McCulloch, you’ll be joining a small team that works alongside specialist freelancers and associates. We are trainers, consultants, digital strategists, developers and designers. We need someone who is proactive and comfortable self-managing their work.

We know that no candidate will tick every box, and that’s okay. If you’re excited by the role and feel you can make a difference, we want to hear from you – enthusiasm and initiative are more important to us than a perfect CV

Some core priorities for this role will include:

  • Project managing aspects of our key programmes.
  • Designing and implementing strategies to grow our annual income.
  • Developing new partnerships and funder relationships while managing existing ones.
  • Developing high-quality written content for bids, proposals, and tender documents that help us win new work.
  • Research and take part in networking, speaking events and opportunities for our Director, yourself and others.

You'll have a network of training professionals, admin support and strategic leadership support to succeed in making these programmes reach more people and deliver more impact than ever before.

If you’re ready to help grow impactful programmes and build meaningful partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.
