Ross-shire Women’s Aid is a domestic abuse specialist service comprising a Refuge, Community Outreach Support and Prevention Services. We support women, children and young people make the transition towards a safer and happier future.

The board are seeking to appoint a new General Manager to lead the organisation and provide strategic direction to its staff, volunteers, and supporters. You will have effective and comprehensive leadership, management, and communication skills, with experience of leading high performing teams. You will be a confident communicator and ambassador for RWA.

No two days are the same within this role. One day you might be turning over a flat and getting it ready for a new family moving in and the next day you might be dealing with contractors to fix something in Refuge. It is a challenging environment and needs someone who can multitask and has great diligence.
