We’re looking for someone who can build trust, listen deeply, and support people with lived experience to influence decisions across Perth & Kinross.

You’ll run local engagement activities, gather insights, and work with partners to turn community ideas into practical improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with families facing financial barriers
• Deliver engagement sessions across local communities
• Support people to participate confidently in decision making
• Work with Council, NHS, and third sector partners
• Test small service changes and share learning
