The North West Highlands Geopark Ltd is a community Company and a Charity which manages the North West Highlands UNESCO Global Geopark. We develop and deliver projects and programmes with a focus on geo-heritage conservation, environmental education, responsible tourism, and telling the story of the landscape and its people. The vision of the Charity is for the North West Highlands to become a thriving and sustainable rural economy working with local people to conserve and capitalise on the geological heritage of the Geopark in partnership with local government, relevant agencies and local businesses.
