Cosgrove Care is a charity that specialises in providing person centred support services for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorders living in and around Glasgow. The people we support range in age from 3- 83.

Operational Manager of Supported Living

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join our fantastic team here at Cosgrove Care. We are looking for an energetic, values driven operational manager who can take responsibility for leading and developing our Supported Living services and leading on all aspects of quality, innovation, impact and efficiency.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire, motivate and engage your team, families and public and local partners.

Reporting to the Registered Manager, and as part of the Supported Living Leadership team, you will lead and manage our registered services for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

You will provide dynamic, confident and positive leadership and management that results in the achievement of high-quality services, growth and diversification of our work in line with our Strategy. You will ensure high standards of care and support, staff wellbeing, and will add value to peoples’ lives and contribute to our community.
