Stirling based Order of Malta Dial-a-Journey Trust is Forth Valleys largest Community Transport Operator delivering over 45,000 passenger journeys a year on behalf of 3 local authorities, further education colleges, NHS Forth Valley, and a number of voluntary sector organisations.
We are looking to recruit a suitably experienced Service Delivery Manager to add to our Senior Management Team
The Service Delivery Manager will be a key member of the Management Team, whose role will be to oversee and assist with ensuring all aspects of service delivery are achieved legally and efficiently . In addition to these duties, the postholder will be expected to ensure that the charity remains compliant with legislation of varying natures.
In addition to supporting the SMT and other Teams, the postholder will also support the Board of Trustees in its work.

Order of Malta Dial-a-Journey Trust is looking to recruit Minibus Drivers
We currently have vacancies for a number of minibus drivers for an immediate/early start;
Presently we have vacancies for part-time and casual drivers with days and hours to suit applicants. These may lead to full-time positions in time.
Full time - (37 hrs over 5 days)
Part-time - (up to 29.6 hours over 2, 3 or 4 days),
Part-time – school term days only
Casual Hours – (hours worked by mutual agreement)
You will be expected to hold an entitlement to drive a minibus (Category D1 (101 restriction)) on your driving licence with no more than 6 points, Possession of a category D or D1 PCV minibus will be a distinct advantage, but training to acquire D1 PCV licence entitlement may be available.
All applicants are required to undertake a PVG check (for which Dial-a-Journey will pay). Applicants must be medically fit as the work involves moving and handling wheelchairs on a regular basis.
Our customer base is wide and varied from working with adults with mobility impairments to providing schools and other education transport. The team you will work with is friendly and supportive. Most have been with Dial-a-Journey for many years and get a lot of satisfaction from seeing the difference we all make to others.
We have a pool of drivers working either full-time, or hours that suits their other needs.
Full training will be given during induction, with ongoing on the job training.
