The Citadel has a long history of strong relationships with families in the Leith community.

This includes open clubs and targeted support for children under 12, as well as a weekly Drop In for their parents/carers and regular Family Days. The Citadel also provides a school-based family support service in three local primary schools (Leith PS, Trinity PS and Victoria PS).

The post holder will work flexibly across these services, providing support to children (aged 5 to 12) and their parents/carers at both the Citadel and partner schools. They will work closely with colleagues in the Citadel Under 12s team.

The post holder may request to work part time for a minimum of 4 days (Monday-Thursday).

The post is funded for an initial period until 30th June 2027 with the potential for continuation depending on the availability of funding.
