This is an exciting opportunity to join our mental health charity based in South Ayrshire and to positively impact on the lives of people aged 16 and over, who are affected by mental health challenges both directly and indirectly. We do things differently from other services and we love to see the improvements people feel empowered to make as a result.

Our innovative service, works alongside people in communities primarily across South Ayrshire. We listen to and learn from our communities and people to develop supports alongside that are needed.

We believe in the power of connection, conversation and community alongside the belief that positive relationships are key to empowerment and a reduction in crisis and stress.
