Formed in 1975, Milnbank Housing Association has a long and successful track record of supporting local communities in Dennistoun and Hagill. The Director of Asset Management is an exciting and versatile role that involves overseeing various aspects, such as the management of planned and reactive maintenance services. Additionally, this position will hold a pivotal role in delivering our strategic objectives, ensuring rigorous compliance with health and safety regulations, and upholding our commitment to meeting the EESSH2 standards.
Looking to the future, our focus will be to continue investing in and improving our properties. We will also consider opportunities to build new social housing in partnership with the Scottish Government and Glasgow City Council.
