We work alongside people recovering from poor mental health, addiction, abuse, trauma, isolation and poverty. We do this by providing a wide range of free health and wellbeing services, proven to help regulate our nervous systems, heal emotional wounds, reduce stress, enhance self-esteem and confidence, increase connectivity, and a sense of belonging in our communities.
