Urban Roots is a community led environmental charity. We grew from small beginnings in 2004, when three local residents set up ‘Toryglen Gardening Club’ to improve their neighbourhood and address environmental concerns. ​ Our team has since expanded to develop further food growing spaces and to run a wide range of activities in communities across the Southside of Glasgow.
