Musselburgh Citizens Advice Bureau is looking for a compassionate and proactive WARMTH Energy Advice Worker to help people across East Lothian stay warm, well and financially secure.

Working as part of our WARMTH (Wellbeing and Resilience through Medical-Thermal Heating) Project, you will support individuals and families whose health and wellbeing are affected by living in cold or hard-to-heat homes. You will provide practical energy advice, income maximisation support, fuel debt assistance and referrals to additional sources of help.

The role includes home visits, community outreach and partnership working with NHS colleagues, community organisations and other local services to ensure vulnerable residents receive the support they need.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is empathetic, organised and passionate about tackling fuel poverty and improving people's quality of life. Experience in advice work, community support or energy advice would be beneficial, and full training and support will be provided.
