Activities Support Workers

Our belief as an organisation is that each young person deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential despite their start in life.

Our services are based primarily in Glasgow and Lanarkshire with some work in bordering Local Authorities.

Following the launch of new Programmes, we are currently seeking applications for our Activities Support Worker Roles. These staff members accompany young people on out of centre and outward bound activities and are expected to take part in all offers, encouraging young people to do the same supporting personal development by taking part in varied, new and challenging activities.

Interest is sought for positions 1-4 days per week. (Maximum hours = 28 hours, Monday to Thursday)

(Salary - £16,739 for 28 hours)

No prior experience is necessary however a commitment to the aims of the organisation is essential.

Employability Development Officer (Salary £16,739 - £21,000 dependent upon experience and hours worked)

Please note all staff are expected to be flexible in relation to the areas they work in. Access to personal transport would be advantageous as would a clean driving licence and previous experience of working with this client group.

All staff work flexibly on a variety of contracts from 28 – 35 hours per week.

PVG Membership is required for all roles. (Right Track will pay for this for successful candidates)
