HcL was established in 1982 to provide door to door and ‘through the door’ transport to disabled people in the Lothians, Managed by an Executive Committee largely comprising service users, we are one of the biggest voluntary transport providers in Scotland, with 39 staff and 29 vehicles. We are developing a new organisational strategy to take the organisation forward, not only to maintain and improve our current services, but also to develop new and innovative ways to meet the mobility needs of our users and potential users.
