Fife Intensive Rehabilitation & Substance Use Team (FIRST) provides a community based rehabilitation service to individuals in Fife with drug or alcohol issues via one to one, group and volunteer support. Our overarching aim and purpose is to provide a quality rehabilitation service to clients who wish to change their lifestyle.

Fife Intensive Rehabilitation and Substance Use Team (FIRST) Limited work with individuals who have substance use issues and wish to change their lifestyle. The organisation is looking to appoint a Service Administrator.

MAIN ROLE

  • Provide overall administrative support to staff and volunteers using all available technology and resources.
  • Ensure all administrative and statistical procedures are carried out to the highest standard using all available resources.
  • Provide first point of contact to clients telephoning the Service for assistance and dealing with their enquiries in an appropriate manner.
  • Ensure specific tasks dedicated to you are undertaken as required such as MARAC, Drug Reports, Finance and support to the Social Prescribing/Volunteer Co-Ordinator.

Residential Rehabilitation Worker

The Residential Rehabilitation Worker will support the delivery of the Residential Rehabilitation Service by working with clients pre and post residential stay ensuring a seamless delivery of service as well as supporting the Residential Rehabilitation Co-ordinator with the management of the Family Support Group and marketing/promotion of the residential rehabilitation service.

GRADE (A): £29,245 - £33,112

Candidates should:

• be qualified to Degree/Diploma level or equivalent in Social Work, Nursing, Community Learning and Development OR hold an SVQ4 Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF Level 9.

• have experience of working with individuals with issues relating to their drug and/or alcohol use.

• Be computer literate.

GRADE (B): £26,242 - £29,245

Candidates should:

• be qualified to HNC in Social Care or equivalent OR SVQ3 Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF Level 7.

• have experience of working with individuals with issues relating to their drug and/or alcohol use.

• be computer literate.

This service operates Fife-wide with clients accessing residential units further afield. The ability to travel where required is essential.

FIRST operate a blended model of office/home working.

The service operates on a Fife-wide basis therefore the ability to travel across Fife is essential.
