Charity registered in Scotland SC010100
Age Scotland is an independent charity working in Scotland dedicated to improving the later lives of everyone on the ageing journey.
Age Scotland is the national charity for older people.
Our vision is that no one in Scotland faces the challenges of older age alone.
We provide older people, their families and carers with high quality information and advice services and we tackle loneliness through our dedicated friendship programmes.
We campaign and influence on the issues older people tell us they care about. We support and fund hundreds of older people’s groups and community initiatives across the country and deliver workshops to improve people’s quality of life.
We involve and empower people affected by dementia and host national forums for older people from ethnic minorities and the LGBTQ+ community to help address the inequalities they face.
We're looking for a creative and results-driven Individual Giving Fundraiser to join our Fundraising and Marketing team.
In this exciting role, you'll develop and deliver inspiring fundraising campaigns that attract new supporters and lottery players while strengthening relationships with existing donors. Using compelling storytelling, multi-channel marketing, and data-driven insight, you'll grow income, deepen supporter engagement, maximise long-term donor value, and continuously improve campaign performance to achieve ambitious fundraising targets.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and supporters, you'll live our values of empowering, inspiring, inclusive and integrity, building trusted relationships that connect people to the impact of their support. Through your work, you'll play a vital role in growing sustainable income, raising Age Scotland's profile, and helping more older people across Scotland live well and age well.
If you're a creative fundraiser with a passion for building supporter relationships and delivering successful fundraising campaigns, we'd love to hear from you!
