Development Worker (Online ESOL Project)

ESOL Scotland Ltd. Is looking for a qualified and dedicated Development Worker to support the delivery of our online national ESOL project by contributing to the planning, learner engagement, and evaluation of high-quality ESOL provision. A full job description is included below. The Development Worker will work closely with the Senior Development Worker and wider team to ensure the project meets its objectives and supports learners effectively.
This is a temporary role until 31st March 2026 but may be extended subject to funding.
