Are you passionate about using the arts and creativity to help individuals, groups and their communities achieve more positive outcomes?
Creative Change Collective is looking for board members and would encourage applications from a range of backgrounds. We are particularly like to hear from applicants with shared experience of the justice system, or in addiction recovery, as well as those who have worked in the arts, health and social care, business, fundraising, and community development.
We focus on bringing positive change to the lives of people in recovery and those who are at risk of offending or reoffending.
What you bring: A belief that drama and creative practice can be used to affect positive change for individuals and communities.
The role: To help the organisation further its aim to give marginalised individuals and communities a voice, and to use the arts to construct a path towards better outcomes.
Creative Change Collective’s delivery team is made up of creative professionals who work alongside peer support mentors and those with shared experience. We use a unique ‘anonymous drama’ delivery model, which has been studied by Glasgow University and featured on national news and is like drama therapy for people with little/no interest in drama or therapy.
