We are a recently formed charity, established by Strathleven Regeneration CIC (SRCIC) to inherit funds generated from the sale of SRCIC’s land assets in the Lomondgate area of Dumbarton. The charity aims to fund projects and activities that meet our criteria and ambition for the West Dunbartonshire & Vale of Leven area.

We are looking for a part-time Trust Coordinator to help run the organisation. In return we will pay a competitive salary and offer a flexible approach – including home working for the majority of working time - that we will agree with the right candidate.

Whilst the role will report to the Trust chair and be strongly supported by the trustees, it will be the only employee of the trust, so we expect it to be wide ranging in its scope, with a degree of autonomy and a chance to experience a broad range of the activities required to run a charity such as this. With a sizable funding pot available, this is an opportunity to help shape, support and promote the kind of projects that aim to make a positive difference for this area.

Our ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, passion, and knowledge for the area we will support and be confident in determining when to act on their own initiative and when to seek guidance from trustees. The ability to demonstrate a level of general business or charitable sector experience will also be a plus.
