Resilience Learning Partnership is still a new and developing organisation. We started our journey with one staff member and a small Board of Directors just over 5 years ago. And, we now have 12 staff members and an ever-growing Board which we continue to add to.
Our success has been primarily down to- growing organically, being lived experience led and having a strong entrepreneurial approach to much of what we do.

We are a social enterprise and entrepreneurialism/social entrepreneurialism is an essential element of what we do- we a looking for candidates that can demonstrate an understanding of the importance of this and are excited to hear from you about how you would bring this quality to the role.
As well as the programme management elements, this role includes a high level of responsibility for organisational financial management which could be filled by a separate finance consultant, or a job share arrangement. We are looking for someone to fulfil programme manager responsibilities across at least 3 days per week but if you feel you could fulfil both the finance and programme manager parts then we would accept interest in the post as a full-time contract.

This post is an innovative approach to neighbourhood-based community development. It will take an Asset Based Community Development and Trauma-Informed approach to working alongside the communities of Carbrain and Kildrum. It will support residents to identify their strengths, aspirations, passions and gifts as well as develop understanding of the impact trauma can have on individuals, families and the wider community; it will have a major focus on supporting development of relationships and connections locally as well as implementing the principles of trauma informed practices: Choice, Collaboration, Empowerment, Trust and Safety.
