At River Garden Auchincruive, we create a unique recovery model to benefit those affected by drug and alcohol addiction, allowing residents to grow and flourish.

Our model of recovery, of social entrepreneurship, of education, of rehabilitation and change is exciting and full of hope. Through our social enterprise projects, our residents will have the opportunity, through daily work, to challenge their limits and rediscover their potential.

Working as part of the Recovery Development Team, this role requires the postholder to assist in developing the recovery community of River Garden, deliver structured assessment, one to one support, reviews and monitor the health and well-being of our residents.

You will have the ability to operate individually and in a person-centred way, managing a small caseload of residents as their Keyworker.
