Care Opinion is a non-profit community interest company, which runs a website where people share their experiences of health and social care services. Care Opinion aims to make it quick, easy and safe for people and their families to give feedback about their health and social care experiences, and for service providers to respond to and make use of feedback for improvement. We have been working in Scotland for more than a decade and in that time, we have enabled more that 27,000 people to share their stories.

We are recruiting an enthusiastic Engagement and Support Officer to support our operations in Stirling and projects across the wider business.

You will be part of a team providing comprehensive support service to existing Care Opinion customers, to support the engagement of new customers (across health and social care).

Many of the organisations and teams that Care Opinion works with recognise they would like to do more with online feedback but need support to do this. This involves working with both an executive and operational lead to drive forward their involvement with Care Opinion.

Support will be wide ranging; from helping to collate information and working on implementation plans, to supporting individual staff to promote Care Opinion at a local level and respond to online feedback in an open and transparent way.

Business Administration & Support Officer

We are recruiting an experienced Business Administration & Support Officer, to support our operations in Scotland and projects across the wider business. This includes supporting the work of the Head of Scotland, providing business administration support to the Stirling team and head office in Sheffield, coordinating HR systems, supporting the development and administration of quality management standards across the organisation, supporting communications, events functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office in Stirling.

Our new team member will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, IT and communication skills and be able to work enthusiastically and flexibly as part of our small team to meet the needs of a busy organisation.

The post holder must have an interest in why we do what we do: harnessing citizen voice in improving health and social care services, as well as sharing our commitment to delivering top notch and friendly customer service.

Responsible to: Executive Director & Head of Scotland.

Location*: The post holder will be based in the Stirling office. The post holder must be prepared for some travel across Scotland and very occasional travel to Head Offices in Sheffield. (Care Opinion operates a blended approach, so some home working is supported).
