We are looking for an organised and efficient project manager with excellent communication skills to support community engagement with the Bookbug programme.

The Early Years Project Manager will oversee membership and support for our network of Bookbug Session Leaders and Bookbug for the Home practitioners. The role will also monitor and analyse programme data, identify and share good practice via regular communications and multi-disciplinary events, assist, and support the Community Engagement Manager with engaging other key stakeholder groups as required e.g. health visiting, libraries and third sector.

The Development Manager plays a key role in securing and sustaining income from the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society's diverse revenue streams, including the Fringe Friends scheme, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, individual giving, major donors, and legacies. Alongside this, you will co-lead on the design, delivery, and onboarding of new partners through open calls helping to identify impactful and scalable initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across the team, you will help ensure that evidence from the portfolio drives learning, decision-making, and strategic alignment.
