The ALLIANCE is excited to recruit a Service Designer for the ALISS programme. ALISS – A Local Information System for Scotland is a web-based system for finding and sharing information about community services, groups, activities and resources that support health and wellbeing. The Service Designer plays a key role, using human-centred design principles to implement changes to the ALISS system.

This is a full time role, 35 hours per week, and based in Glasgow. The post holder will be required to adopt a flexible approach to working hours as travel throughout Scotland and occasional additional hours may be required. However, this will be reimbursed through the organisation’s Time off in Lieu scheme.
