The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and compassionate Director to lead FiCD into its next chapter. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, responsible for delivering our vision across three core areas:

You’ll work closely with our Board of Trustees, Staff Team, and partners to shape and implement impactful initiatives across Dundee.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven track record of collaborative leadership and team development at a senior management level.
- Passion about social justice and tackling poverty, with a commitment to the aims and key values of Faith in Community Dundee.
- Demonstrable experience of community development, working with people from diverse backgrounds, and comfortable with leaders of faith communities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with a) stakeholders, including people with lived experience, local authority and faith communities; and b) funders to creatively secure funding from multiple sources.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management, with excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, change management, and project implementation.

SV Support Practitioner (Young People Project)

LRCC are looking for an experienced female practitioner to be part of an exciting project supporting young survivors of sexual violence, if you want to work for a women-led charity that values trauma skilled care and championing voices of anyone impacted by sexual violence or abuse, we'd love to hear from you.
The National Lottery Community Fund, Improving Lives- Young Persons Project 2025-2027:
Lanarkshire Rape Crisis Centre (LRCC) has been awarded funding for a 3-year period for a Young Survivors Project. The funding will provide a dedicated Young Survivors Support Service and lead to the creation of a Young People Reference Group. The Support Service will offer a range of individual and peer support options to aid in the recovery from any form of sexual violence or abuse. The Reference Group will be a space for young people to come together in solidarity, have their voices championed and amplified and be a key part of the prevention landscape tackling gender-based violence. The staff employed as part of the project will lead on the development and delivery of the project and work collaboratively within our existing staff teams to deliver the project outcomes.
Core Purpose of Job
To deliver specialist therapeutic support and information services to young survivors age 12-25yrs affected by sexual violence, at our main premises, at outreach locations across Lanarkshire and via virtual methods.
Glasgow Women’s Aid provides information, support and temporary accommodation for women, children and young people experiencing domestic abuse. We have refuge accommodation, follow on services and outreach services both for women and children across Glasgow.
The purpose of this role is to support our Women’s Team with providing a support service to women who are living in our refuges. You will support women being admitted into refuge and will respond to the practical and emotional needs of women as required. Although you will not be a key worker, you will attend appointments with women, signpost and advocate for them and support the running of our group work programmes.
It is essential that you have experience of providing support to women who have experienced trauma or crisis. A suitable qualification that meets with SSSC Housing Support registration is also required (examples would be HNC Social Services or SVQ Level 3 Social Services and Healthcare). The nature of our work requires a commitment to the feminist analysis of domestic abuse and to the values of Glasgow Women’s Aid.
