Role

Make a Difference in Your Community

Are you passionate about helping people and improving neighbourhoods?

We’re looking for a proactive Housing Officer to join our Housing Services team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, customer-focused housing services across our communities.

You will manage your own patch, working closely with tenants to support tenancy sustainment, tackle rent arrears, and build positive, thriving neighbourhoods. Every day brings variety — from helping residents resolve issues to shaping the places people call home.

At Waverley Housing, we believe in flexible, modern ways of working. We offer a hybrid working arrangement, spending at least two days a week based in our office with the ability to be out and about in our communities whether office based or working remotely.

We’re looking for someone who’s caring, professional, and motivated to make a real impact. In return, you’ll join a supportive team that values collaboration, trust and innovation — and you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills while improving lives.

For an informal chat about the role, contact Brian Pearson, Head of Housing, or Tracy Murray, Senior Housing Officer, on 01450 364200.

Waverley Housing is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. We welcome applications from all sections of the community.
