Role

Forth Valley Rape Crisis Centre is seeking a Counselling Support Worker - Therapeutic Service to deliver emotional support to survivors of sexual violence (age 13+, all genders) across the Forth Valley area. This full-time role involves providing one-to-one support within a feminist, survivor-centred framework—both at our centre and in outreach settings. You will conduct initial assessments, offer support to families and partners, facilitate group work, and ensure inclusive, trauma-informed care for all survivors.
