We are looking for a full-time Digital Services Officer to lead the process of co-production, consultation, content design and project delivery of the new service. You will work closely with stakeholders, veterans, and a specialist digital creative design agency.

About the role

As a Change Mental Health practitioner, you will work directly with service users who require immediate or on going emotional, practical or vocational support in order to deliver the best possible outcomes. You will work with service users to develop and review personal plans, although ultimate oversight rests with the Senior Project Worker.

About the role

This role is part of SAMH's dynamic Fundraising & Income Generation department, which plays a vital role in driving the financial growth and sustainability of our organisation. Within this department, there are five dedicated teams, each crucial to generating income through diverse strategies and initiatives. The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all enquiries relating to training, workplace wellbeing events and advisory services, maximising all opportunities for the Workplace team. This will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders to schedule any commissioned workplace products and services, identifying opportunities of significant value or strategic importance and providing administrative support to the Workplace Business Development Manager.

We are a Scottish charity providing baby loss support to bereaved families, with over 40 years’ experience of offering compassionate bereavement care in the community. Our values of empathy, connection and love underpin all that we do and guide us as we continue to grow and expand our services and reach. Our support services include counselling, one to one peer support, our innovative early intervention Hospital to Home service, group support and events.

Job Role:

Our families are the heart of everything that we do. Our Hospital to Home (H2H) support is offered to all families who have experienced a loss from 12 weeks onwards. We provide face to face compassionate, bespoke, targeted short term support to individuals and families, with the key aim of supporting and holding through the early days and weeks following loss. Through delivery of 6-8 face to face sessions, we can provide both emotional and practical support tailored to each family’s individual journey and enhancing existing community services to provide long term peer bereavement support. This ‘opt out’ service for families ensures support following their transition from the hospital setting to being back in the community.
