Role

The Role

We’re looking for two highly organised and proactive Office Administrators to keep our charity running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, support the team with administration and help ensure our projects and services make the highest possible impact.

What you’ll do

  • Handle enquiries and manage office systems.
  • Support meetings, taking minutes and general record keeping.
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports and papers for Trustee meetings.
  • Provide administrative support for fundraising and events.
  • Help with communications, social media and newsletters.
  • Assist with volunteer coordination

About you

  • Organised and detail focused.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to juggle priorities in a busy environment.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Bonus: Experience in the charity / voluntary sector.
