HMP & YOI Polmont Prison Visitor Support Service
Visiting Support Services are often the first point of contact for families and loved ones visiting someone in prison. It’s a space where people arrive with nerves, questions, emotions and our team is there to greet them with a smile, a cuppa, and a calm, friendly presence.
You’ll be leading a team to support visitors before and after their visit, answering questions, offering reassurance, signposting to further support, and helping create a safe, welcoming environment.
This is a flexible, people-focused role that might suit you if you’re looking to:
Shifts are available across 7 days, including one weekend per month.

Membership of the Prevention of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is required.
