Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to join The Anchor’s Belonging Service as a Project Practitioner (Young People 12–24).

The role is funded through the Fairer Life Chances Fund (National Lottery Community Fund) and supports our work to reduce inequalities, strengthen protective relationships, and provide early help for young people who often find themselves on the edges of systems.

We are looking for a practitioner with experience of working 1:1 and in groups with young people, who can deliver direct support while also helping to co-design programmes and develop new community projects. You’ll bring strong skills in suicide prevention, safeguarding and relational practice, with the ability to support young people through distress while also building resilience, identity and belonging.
