Who we are

Alzheimer Scotland is Scotland’s national dementia charity. Our aim is to make sure nobody faces dementia alone. We provide support and information to people with dementia, their carers and families, we campaign for the rights of people with dementia and fund vital dementia research.

We are now recruiting a Brain Health Co-ordinator to join our innovative Outdoor Brain Health & Dementia Resource Centre team at Badaguish. This is a new role with a unique opportunity to make a real difference in dementia prevention and community wellbeing.

What you’ll do

As Brain Health Co-ordinator, you’ll help to embed and expand our brain health and dementia risk reduction work across the Badenoch & Strathspey area. You’ll support the delivery of engaging education programmes, community initiatives, and green health activities that inspire people of all ages to take steps towards better brain health.

What you’ll have

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident in engaging with a wide range of people and communities.
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to bring ideas to life in different settings.
  • A collaborative team player, with good organisational and communication skills.

Applicants must have a full and valid driving license and vehicle to be able to travel for this role.
