About the Role:

We are excited to announce an opportunity join us as one of six Trustees of a new community-led social enterprise. This is a voluntary role, offering the opportunity to be part of an innovative and impactful organisation that aims to transform rural care services.
This innovative initiative, developed in collaboration with the Perth and Kinross Health and Social Care Partnership and the communities of Rannoch and Tummel and Dunkeld and Birnam, aims to deliver care at home and other social care services in North Perthshire. Our primary focus is to support people living in our remote, rural communities.
As a Trustee, you will play a key role in developing the strategy and supporting our CEO/Home Care Manager in establishing and growing the organisation. Are you the right fit?
We are looking for individuals with experience in areas such as business start-up/development, commissioning, HR, finance, social care policy, or fundraising. You will have a passion for improving health and wellbeing in rural communities. Previous experience as a Trustee is welcome but not essential.
We warmly welcome applications from members of our community, who bring an understanding of some of the challenges faced by our local population, and from further afield, from those who similarly appreciate the difficulties faced by rural, remote communities in securing equality of access to social care services.
