relationship-based partnership model underpins delivery to support to achieve positive outcomes for people and
wider communities. Improving reintegration and wellbeing ultimately improves lives and reduces
re-offending.
We are recruiting for a values-driven manager to help us deliver our goals across the Partnership. Your role will be
to support co-ordination and delivery of the work of the partnership and support them to develop and improve the
service. Working closely with the Head of Programme and governance teams, you will support the monitoring of the

partnership and spend time promoting the service to a range of stakeholders including Scottish Prison Service,
judiciary and local services.
You will be a highly organised and self-motivated person with excellent communication and stakeholder management
skills. You will be able to bring people together from different organisations to work in partnership and you
will work with the people we support, to enable them to tell their stories and let their voices be heard.
