The COVID19 pandemic has created previously unimaginable levels of need. Raising funds has never been more needed to ensure that we are able to deliver support for the children and families of Scotland.

Here at Children 1st we are looking for someone special to join our skilled and successful fundraising team, to help deliver on our ambitious three-year fundraising strategy.

This fixed term role in the Philanthropy and Partnerships team will work with our existing corporate supporters whilst cultivating and securing new relationships in order to deliver highly successful partnerships. The postholder will be responsible for managing a prospect pipeline, building and maintaining relationships with both corporates and major donors.

We need someone who is focused, driven, shares our vision and is able to deliver innovation and creativity to their work. Being an excellent communicator and relationship manager on all platforms is vital. Our values are important to us and we need someone who can translate this to our supporters through authentic and creative relationships.

If you have a track record of establishing and managing relationships along with knowledge of Scotland’s corporate sector and a passion for supporting Scotland’s children - we want to hear from you!

In return you will be offered a competitive salary, 40 days annual leave inclusive of 9 days public holidays (pro rata) and flexible working opportunities.

This is a fixed term, full time role of 35 hours per week. Based flexibly in Scotland with access (restrictions dependant) to our office based in Edinburgh. The role may require travel across Scotland when safe to do so.
